All communication goes through Martina, not individual walkers.
The time of your walk/sitting starts upon us entering the building and ends upon us closing your apartment door to leave.
Outside of puppies who are house trained or dogs with physical problems we arrive within two-hour time frames.
We can not walk a puppy freely on the street until they have received all their shots.
Please make sure all of those involved with the care of your pet(s) are aware of our policies.
Invoices are sent out once per month via e-mail. Payment is due 7 days after the invoice is sent. For longterm sitting we require a 50% deposit once we confirm your reservation.
Dog walking/running & puppy visits
To cancel a scheduled dog walk or a puppy visit please send us an e-mail, send an SMS or call us. Walks, runs and puppy visits need to be cancelled before 7 p.m. on the day prior to scheduled service. If you cancel before 7 p.m., no cancellation fee is charged. If you cancel after 7 p.m., or if you do not notify the office and your walker/ arrives at your home for your scheduled service, you are charged in full for the visit or visits for that day.
A 2-day (7 days for reservations that include a holiday) notice is required and appreciated to cancel a scheduled reservation. Please note that you must let us know of the cancellation by 7 p.m. two days prior to scheduled services (7 days for reservations that include a holiday) to avoid cancellation fees.
For long-term sitting (longer than 7 days), we require a 7-day cancellation notice.
If you cancel your reservation on time, you will not be charged for the service.
If you cancel your reservation less than 2 days (7 days for reservations that include a holiday or long-term sitting) before your scheduled services, you will be charged 50% of the reservation fee.
For any services cancelled on the day of service, or after 7 p.m. the day before, you will be charged in full for that day’s services.
If you are home during a scheduled visit and neglect or forget to cancel and your sitter arrives at your home, the full price of the service will be charged. Any visits canceled on the day of service will be charged in full. If you cancel any part of your scheduled reservation, such as ending the reservation early, you ware responsible for the entire initial reservation fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hrs before your scheduled training, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hrs before your scheduled training, you will be charged 50% of the fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before your scheduled training, you will be charged 20% of the fee.
